Marketing & Sales: The Marketing and Sales Director is James Burton who began his real estate career in Denver in 1996 with his focus on rehabilitating historic structures. His activities soon broadened to include on-site sales and marketing for mixed use loft developments in downtown Denver. Sales and Marketing and Corporate Identity projects included: Clements Rowhouse, Kinneavy Terrace Flats, Mercy Housing, Colorado Housing NOW!, Silver Square Lofts, Fire Clay Lofts and Highland Terrace Lofts.

The General Contractor: CFC Construction and its 23-years history with completing more than $800 million in construction volume has earned the reputation as one of Colorado's premier general contracting and construction management firms.

Marketing & Sales: James Burton began his real estate career in Denver in 1996 with his focus on rehabilitating historic structures, his activities soon broadened to include on-site sales and marketing for mixed use loft developments in downtown Denver. Leslie Lamora has been working in real estate since moving to Colorado from Florida in 2004.
