Located 10 blocks north of Coors Field in downtown Denver, Colorado, Fire Clay Lofts is a four-acre mixed-use redevelopment that combines the adaptive use of an old warehouse with new construction to create 166 condominiums, including 32 affordable residences. A total of 14 buildings featuring units in flat, loft, townhouse, and live/work configurations are located on the street front and perimeter of the two-block site. The structures and secured parking lots define the block and provide limited access to the shared landscaped courtyards, and passages connect the site. The Fire Clay Lofts are named for the old Fire Clay Brick Co. that was located on this site for more than 100 years.
