The Developer: Urban Ventures, LLC was formed in 1998 to focus on new construction and the rehabilitation of existing structures in the Denver urban marketplace. Susan Powers, President, was the former Director of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) from 1987 to 1998.

The Architect: Studio Completiva, Inc. is an eight person firm founded in 1995 on the belief that architecture is the fulfillment of human vision. The principals, Yong Cho and Catherine Mercer are graduates of the Yale School of Architecture and have focused their practice on challenging commissions.

The General Contractor: CFC Construction and its 23-years history with completing more than $800 million in construction volume has earned the reputation as one of Colorado's premier general contracting and construction management firms.

Marketing & Sales: James Burton began his real estate career in Denver in 1996 with his focus on rehabilitating historic structures, his activities soon broadened to include onsite sales and marketing for mixed use loft developments in downtown Denver. Sales and Marketing and Corporate Identity projects included: Clements Rowhouse, Kinneavy Terrace Flats, Mercy Housing, Colorado House NOW!, Silver Square Lofts, Fire Clay Lofts, Highland Terrace Lofts and Monarch Mills.
